2022: Year-end reflection

“Real change, enduring change, happens one step at a time.”

~ Ruth Bader Ginsburg

2022… it’s hard for me to believe that we are already at the end of another year - and yet - here we are. This exercise provides a framework for reflection - encouraging you to take some time, draw within, reflect upon the days past, and imagine what may lie ahead. What have I learned? Where is the evidence of change and growth? Work the parts that resonate, add in things that have meaning to you, and allow yourself to explore yourself – from the inside out – as we get ready for another year of change and growth!

Some have found this to be a great practice to share with a partner. Answer the questions independently and then set aside some quiet time to review with each other. Come up with a shared plan that integrates what you both seek… and think about how you will support each other toward individual and shared goals.

The form is provided to help organize your reflection and all responses are kept strictly confidential. Your email address is collected as part of this exercise only to have a copy of the results sent to you and will not be used for any other purpose without your prior consent.

Google forms allow you to save your work as you go along - with “next and back” buttons at the end of each section. If you use a Google account to complete, your progress on this form will be automatically saved for 30 days - so you can work across devices or take a break. If you have any issues or questions, please contact me via email at kate@katenagel.com.
