As I was finishing my first book, Untethered, I couldn’t help but think of the many others who might be searching for their story. I thought if by telling mine, I could help them… then it would give my journey a deeper sense of purpose. And the greatest gift I’ve ever received is a note, review, or connection with someone during a conversation and learning that it somehow supported and encouraged them along their healing journey.
