2021: Year-end reflection
“Real change, enduring change, happens one step at a time.”
~ Ruth Bader Ginsburg
As we begin a new year, there is a natural inclination to draw within and reflect upon the days behind us and begin to imagine what may lie ahead. What have I learned? Where is the evidence of change and growth? This exercise provides a framework for reflection. Work the parts that resonate, add in things that have meaning to you, and allow yourself to explore yourself – from the inside out – as we get ready for another year of change and growth!
This is a great exercise to share with a partner. Answer the questions independently and then set aside some quiet time to review with each other. Come up with a shared plan that integrates what you both seek… and think about how you will support each other towards individual and shared goals.
