Goal Setting
“Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life; … everyone's task is as unique as his specific opportunity to implement it.”
~ Viktor Frankl
This exercise is designed to focus on the key areas of life and take the first steps towards crafting goals - both short and long term - as well as influencing and clarifying where there are opportunities to engage with parts of your life that are currently quiet, redefine what you seek in a specific area, and what shift may help you draw closer to a goal or aspiration.
It’s not necessary to create a goal or try to shift all aspects of your life - the goal is to help create a greater sense of awareness of all aspects of who we are - and - how we may be able to leverage the various communities and ecosystems in our life to our aspirations.
